OJSC Severneftegazprom successfully completed an inspection audit of management systems for compliance with international standards
Back to newsOJSC Severneftegazprom successfully completed an inspection audit of the integrated management system in the field of quality, environmental protection and industrial safety for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 39001:2012, as well as the system energy management for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001:2018.
The audit was conducted remotely by a group of auditors of an independent certification body of the Limited Liability Company for Certification of Management Systems DQS (LLC DQS). Based on the results of the audit, no discrepancies were identified.
At the final meeting, the auditors noted the strengths of OJSC Severneftegazprom: the absence of accidents, complaints from consumers and interested parties regarding the quality of products, labor protection and the environment; construction and commissioning of wells of the Turonian gas deposit, BCS No. 2, ensuring the maintenance of the design level of natural gas production of 25 billion cubic meters per year; introduction into commercial operation of the system «Digital twin of the geological and technological model: reservoir - wells - gas gathering network - point of switching valves of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field», which allows to perform: calculations of the technological modes of operation of wells and gas gathering network by means of mathematical modeling; predictive modeling and optimization of technological modes of operation of the geological and technological chain using artificial intelligence; economic calculations of performance indicators for the development of the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil and gas condensate field; monitoring of the technological state of pipelines of the gas gathering network to predict deviations and carry out repairs; creation and implementation of a software on the domestic platform 1C: ERP «Enterprise Management» and 1C: Document Management as part of the corporate information and management system of OJSC Severneftegazprom; implementation of a program to replace foreign software with domestic counterparts; and so on.
The auditors of LLC DQS confirmed the compliance of the management systems of OJSC Severneftegazprom with the established requirements and recommended the certification body to extend the certificates of compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 39001:2012, ISO issued to the Company 50001:2018.

The integrated management system of OJSC Severneftegazprom in the field of quality, environmental protection, industrial safety was first certified in 2010 by the certification body BUREAU VERITAS Certification for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008 «Quality management systems. Requirements», ISO 14001:2004 «Environmental Management Systems. Requirements and guidance for use», BSOHSAS 18001:2007 «Occupational health and safety management systems».
In 2016, the quality management system was re-certified according to the new version of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, in 2017 the environmental management system was re-certified according to ISO 14001:2015, in 2019 the industrial safety management system was re-certified according to ISO 45001:2018. In 2020, a road safety management system was introduced and certified for the first time for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 39001:2012.
The energy management system of OJSC Severneftegazprom was introduced in 2014 and certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001:2011 «Energy Management Systems. Requirements and guidelines for use» in 2015. In 2020, the system was re-certified according to the new version of the international standard ISO 50001:2018.
