OJSC Severneftegazprom took part in a job fair at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas

The traditional Job Fair of subsidiaries and organizations of PJSC Gazprom was held at a Moscow university on October 14.

The participants of the event were university students and graduates, as well as representatives of Gazprom Group companies. The program includes acquaintance of applicants with employers, communication with representatives of personnel services, filling out questionnaires and interviews.

OJSC Severneftegazprom annually participates in a large-scale event, and as a result, students undergo internships at the enterprise and subsequently find employment in the company.

The event brought together representatives of 33 subsidiaries and enterprises of PJSC Gazprom. Severneftegazprom was represented by Olga Rudenko, Deputy Head of the Department of Finances. She has told the applicants about the specifics of working in the industry, the specifics of the corporate culture and the requirements for employees.

Favorable conditions have been created in OJSC Severneftegazprom for the effective solution of personnel issues related to attracting young qualified specialists.

Over 200 graduates of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin are employed annually by subsidiaries and organizations of PJSC Gazprom. The fair is a unique platform where university students and graduates submit more than 1,000 CVs to representatives of the personnel departments of PJSC Gazprom's subsidiaries and organizations for consideration.
