OJSC Severneftegazprom held a review competition for the best structural subdivision
Back to newsA competition was held for the best structural subdivision of the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil and gas condensate field of OJSC Severneftegazprom. Twelve structural divisions took part in the competition.
The purpose of the event is to increase the efficiency of the company, improve working conditions, prevent occupational injuries of personnel, as well as improve the production culture.
The competition commission evaluated the participants according to 6 criteria, among which are indicators on labor protection and industrial safety, environmental protection, production culture and production discipline, technological discipline, rationalization and inventive activity. According to the results of the commission's work, the Mechanical Repair Service was recognized as the best unit.
In addition, the fire department became the winner in the nomination «The best division in the field of labor protection in 2022». The fire department was also recognized as the winner in the nomination «Best Production Culture Unit in 2022».
