A regular scheduled in-person meeting of the Technical Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom was held

On October 27, 2021, a regular scheduled in-person meeting of the Technical Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Committee, General Director Vladimir Vladimirovich Dmitruk.

The meeting was attended by all eight members of the Committee, profile deputy general directors and heads of structural divisions of OJSC Severneftegazprom, members of the Audit Commission of OJSC Severneftegazprom, as well as representatives of structural divisions of PJSC Gazprom in charge of OJSC Severneftegazprom activities and foreign shareholders.

The Committee considered, approved and recommended for approval by the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom the drafts of the Annual Work Program and Budget of OJSC Severneftegazprom and the Investment Program for 2022, and also took into account the drafts of these documents for the planning period 2023-2024.

During the meeting, the following reports were presented and taken into account:

- on the implementation of the Investment Program following the results of the 1-3 quarters of 2021;

- on the results in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, the integrated management system of the Company for the 3rd quarter of 2021;

- on the results of the construction of production wells as part of the first stage of drilling (88 wells) to the Turonian gas reservoir of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field for the 1-3 quarters of 2021.

Also during the meeting, a regular quarterly report on the current state of construction of facilities that directly affect production volumes was presented (Booster compressor station No. 2. Further development of the Cenomanian and Turonian gas deposits of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field. First stage (88 wells)).

Discussion of the issues on the agenda of the meeting was held in the mode of lively discussion and constructive partnership dialogue.
