As part of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 22, 2021, decisions were made to replace the members of the Technical Committee nominated by the shareholder of OMV Exploration and Production GmbH in connection with the ongoing restructuring . The powers of Ms. Leah Fuchs were transferred to Mr. Andreas Böldt, and the powers of Mr. Lars Drage were transferred to Mr. Jan Paul, who will be in charge of both technical and asset management issues.

In addition, during the meeting, the Code of Corporate Ethics of OJSC Severneftegazprom was approved.
