OJSC Severneftegazprom took part in the Job Fair in Ufa

At the site of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University, as part of the career guidance activities of the Innovative Development Program of PJSC Gazprom, on November 9, 2023, an annual job fair for subsidiaries and organizations of PJSC Gazprom was held.

Participants of the event are students, university graduates, young professionals and authorized employers. Representatives of 24 subsidiaries of PJSC Gazprom from different cities of Russia came to the meeting in Ufa this year. OJSC Severneftegazprom takes part in the job fair in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan for the second time.

The purpose of the fair is the interaction of educational organizations with enterprises of the Gazprom group in terms of promoting the employment of university graduates. This is a very effective method of searching for employees and a good opportunity to communicate with a large number of applicants, create a database of qualified candidates, and present yourself in a favorable way on the labor market.

The job fair program included presentations, discussions, and a poster session of PJSC Gazprom subsidiaries. As a rule, specialists who are motivated to develop their careers show interest, which is highly appreciated by employers. In addition, participation in a job fair allows companies to increase their brand awareness among job seekers.
