OJSC Severneftegazprom and the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug signed a cooperation agreement for 2023

The document was sealed in Novy Urengoy on December 26, 2022, by the Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Dmitry Artyukhov, and the General Director of OJSC Severneftegazprom, Vladimir Dmitruk.

OJSC Severneftegazprom will continue to support social projects in the Krasnoselkupsky and Purovsky districts, in Novy Urengoy - to invest in the development of the territories where the production facilities of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field are located, as well as the Company's administrative buildings.

The institutions of the system of school and preschool education, healthcare, culture and sports will not remain without the attention of gas producers. Particular attention, of course, to veterans, the disabled and children with disabilities, the indigenous peoples of the North.

The Governor of the YaNAO thanked the management of OJSC Severneftegazprom for not being indifferent to the events and interests of the Yamal people, noting that the active social policy of responsible business allows the region not only to form the largest energy cluster in Yamal, but also to develop significant social projects.

«Signing a cooperation agreement has already become our good annual tradition. Severneftegazprom conducts its main activities in the Krasnoselkupsky district, but the agreement also affects the socio-economic support of other territories, our gas capital, Novy Urengoy, and all key areas of the region. We appreciate the fact that the company not only effectively performs production tasks and maintains its highly qualified team, but also takes care of the territory where it operates, the problems of our municipalities, and the development of Yamal in general,» said Dmitry Artyukhov, Governor of the YaNAO.

«Cooperation between OJSC Severneftegazprom and the government of the YaNAO has been going on for more than 10 years. Having signed this important document today, Dmitry Andreevich and I confirmed our intention to continue to work shoulder to shoulder, taking care of our residents and our native Yamal. We are trying to do everything possible to improve the socio-economic development of the territories where we conduct our production activities,» said Vladimir Dmitruk, General Director of the Company.

The signing of another cooperation agreement for 2023 between OJSC Severneftegazprom and the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug indicates the importance of interaction and coordination between the parties based on mutual respect and interest, the desire to intensify and strengthen business relations, which will contribute to the most effective solution of the tasks set.
