OJSC Severneftegazprom is growing with new Laureates of the Public Prize named after N.K. Baibakov

On October 20, 2022, in Moscow, within the walls of the President Hotel, within the framework of the Moscow Forum «Fuel and Energy Complex-XXI Century»: HUMAN-TECHNOLOGY-NATURE – «On the Course for a Sustainable Rise in Environmental, Energy and Technogenic Security», a solemn award ceremony was held for the Laureates of the Public Prize named after. N.K. Baibakov.

The forum was attended by representatives of state authorities, relevant Committees of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Sciences, leading energy and industrial companies, business and public organizations. In total, 16 organizations from different regions of the country submitted an application for the Public Prize. Traditionally, OJSC Severneftegazprom took part in the forum.

The team of authors of the Company presented a work on the topic: «Development and implementation of innovative technologies at OJSC Severneftegazprom to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce the negative impact on the environment». It describes the process of developing and implementing innovative projects to achieve significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. The implementation of the technological solution allowed to reduce the amount of CO² emissions into the atmosphere by 538.595 thousand tons over the past 8 years, therefore, to reduce the negative impact on the environment.

The agenda of the event included a plenary session, a press conference and, of course, a solemn awarding of honorary diplomas. By the decision of the Joint Meeting of the Board of the Association «Energy and Civil Society», the Central Commission for the award of the Public Prize, a group of authors of OJSC Severneftegazprom consisting of the following participants was awarded with the honorary title - Laureate of the Public Prize named after N.K. Baibakov:

All Laureates of the Public Prize were awarded diplomas for great achievements in solving the problems of sustainable development of energy and society, as well as valuable gifts.
