OJSC Severneftegazprom has identified the best instrumentation and automation fitter
Back to newsOJSC Severneftegazprom hosted the final stage of the competition of professional skills «The Best Fitter for Instrumentation and Automation». In the second round, eight participants competed for the right to become the winner. It should be noted that among the contestants there were also young workers, which certainly indicates the demand for working specialties among young people.
The welcoming speech of the Deputy Head of the Gas Field for Production Vladislav Razgon kicked off the start of the competition: «I congratulate all the participants of the event on the opportunity for self-improvement and professional growth, I wish everyone good luck, a fair fight and a well-deserved victory!»
Traditionally, the competition consisted of two parts: theoretical and practical. First, each of the competitors passed a test on knowledge of the basics of labor safety and regulations for performing various jobs in their specialty. Then the practical exercises began. Before proceeding with their implementation, the participants had to choose the right tool for the prompt and high-quality implementation of the practice.
During the second part of the competition, the participants actively demonstrated their ingenuity and professional skills in using tools and schemes.
A few hours of hard work determined the top three fitters in instrumentation and automation. They were Bogdan Kirichenko, who won first place, Stanislav Pyanzin and Yury Chukharev, who took second and third places, respectively.
Based on the results of two stages of the competition, the commission decided to award Bogdan Kirichenko the title of «The Best Fitter for Instrumentation and Automation of OJSC Severneftegazprom». The second and third places were taken by Alexey Pokryev and Timofey Tokarev, respectively.
