Study trip to the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil and gas condensate field
Back to newsOn June 23, accompanied by the leaders of OJSC Severneftegazprom, representatives of LLC Gazprom dobycha Yamburg took a study trip to the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil and gas condensate field. The event is planned as part of the exchange of experience between managers and specialists in order to discuss technical and organizational issues, as well as the development of information and technical cooperation between Severneftegazprom and Gazprom dobycha Yamburg.
One of the main assets of any company is the knowledge of employees. This is an experience that is fixed in practice. And sharing it with colleagues means helping yourself and others to improve their professional level. The delegation included production managers, heads of the gas field, chief power engineers and mechanics, heads of the technical department and the production department for the operation of the BCS and Gas Dehydration Station.
During the visit, it was possible to get acquainted with how the work is organized at all production facilities of the gas field, including gas well clusters, and to communicate with specialists in the areas.
«Today, the task was to demonstrate to colleagues the accumulated experience of the gas field, that they are not alone in the professional world, in the development of the industry. In my opinion, such trips are necessary and useful. They allow you to discuss, compare what you see with colleagues, the best to implement in production», - explained Roman Balko, chief engineer of the gas field.
As a result of the visit, representatives of both parties were satisfied. The exchange of experience is an effective tool that many companies use to develop their staff. This opens up new opportunities for the professional growth of employees, contributes to the expansion of their horizons, stimulates interaction between departments and entire enterprises. The practice of holding events of this nature has existed for a long time. Moreover, specialists from gas industry companies visit both the enterprises of the PJSC Gazprom group and get acquainted with the best practices of other companies, including foreign ones.
On June 28, a return trip of the managers and specialists of OJSC Severneftegazprom to the gas field of LLC Gazprom dobycha Yamburg is scheduled.
