The labor team of OJSC Severneftegazprom started work

On June 1, the International Children's Day, the guys from the labor team of OJSC Severneftegazprom started their work. 30 girls and boys aged 14 to 18 will be involved in cleaning and landscaping in the first shift. All of them, ready to work hard, came today to meet their curators, listen to the necessary briefings on labor protection, environmental protection and electrical safety.

The solemn opening ceremony of the summer labor shift took place on the city square. The young people were admonished by the head of the city Andrey Voronov. Together with the labor teams of the head of the city, Gazprom dobycha Urengoy LLC, the Urengoy Burenie branch of Gazprom Burenie LLC, the regional public organization Vympel-Yamal Military Patriotic Center, our guys took part in the event. And even rainy, not at all summer weather, did not become an obstacle to fun and good mood, because there is a whole summer ahead, new friends and new opportunities. It is also a great opportunity to make good money and manage money at your own discretion.

OJSC Severneftegazprom is a long-term partner of the City Employment Center. For the fifth year the Company has been engaged in the employment of minors. In addition to the children of employees, if there are vacancies, we are ready to hire children who have expressed their desire to work through the Employment Center.

All summer long, work is in full swing on the territory adjacent to the main office of the Company. Pupils of the labor detachment clean the alleys, prepare the soil for sowing lawns and organizing flower beds, plant flowers, clean the nearby tundra from garbage. They help to become more beautiful not only to the native enterprise, but also to the native city, making it cleaner and more beautiful.

For some teenagers, this is the first work experience, and it is of great importance. The children are introduced to work, receive their first professional skills, adapt to further working life and work in a team. There are those in the labor team who have been on duty for the third year already, with constant readiness to work in our labor team.

Altogether, over the course of three work shifts during the summer, OJSC Severneftegazprom will employ about 65 minors, many of whom have decided to work two shifts in a row.
