OJSC Severneftegazprom held an occupational safety week
Back to newsFrom April 21 to April 29, the Company held an occupational safety week timed to coincide with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
During the thematic week, labor protection specialists took part in the seminar «Labor protection at the present stage, taking into account the amendments that have entered into force in Section X of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation».
On the Company's corporate portal, materials on promoting a culture of occupational safety at workplaces have been published, information work has been organized to prevent injuries at work, prevent workers from falling on surfaces of the same level, safety measures in case of icy conditions, etc.

As part of the Occupational Safety Week, the following events took place: training in providing first aid to those injured at work, behavioral safety audits, verification of compliance by the employees of the Company and contractors with the requirements of key labor protection rules at OJSC Severneftegazprom.

The Company's management conducts systematic, purposeful work to create healthy and safe working conditions, prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. An important indicator of this activity is the absence in 2021 of industrial accidents that occurred through the fault of the employer or employees of the Company, as well as occupational diseases. This indicates the high level of responsibility of those who work at OJSC Severneftegazprom.
In addition, this year, Severneftegazprom became the silver winner of the Occupational Safety and Health photo contest among organizations in the field of material production.
