Severneftegazprom is a permanent participant of the Yamal Oil and Gas Forum
Back to newsOn April 7-8, 2022, Novy Urengoy became the venue for the Yamal Oil and Gas Forum in the business center Yamal. Traditionally, this event is for professional communication of managers and specialists of Russian oil and gas companies, representatives of federal authorities, investors, equipment manufacturers, representatives of scientific and design institutes.
Within the framework of the forum, the XVI interregional specialized exhibition «Gas. Oil. New Technologies for the Far North», which was attended by 80 enterprises from all over Russia. Here, potential customers could meet with product manufacturers and technology developers.
OJSC Severneftegazprom has traditionally presented a demonstration stand that represents production solutions and achievements, advanced technologies, a high level of labor protection and industrial safety.
Presenting the project, Alexei Legai, Chief Engineer – First Deputy General Director of OJSC Severneftegazprom, noted that the stand presented innovative and relevant technologies that are already being successfully implemented in the company.
This year, virtual reality glasses were demonstrated among the latest developments. With the help of glasses, forum visitors could walk through the three-dimensional space of one of the gas wells, view the piping equipment and interact with its interactive elements, as well as see accurate models of tubing.
At the official closing of the exhibition «Gas. Oil. New Technologies for the Far North» the winners of the «Polar Owl» contest were awarded. OJSC Severneftegazprom was awarded a gold medal in the nomination «Leader in Digital Transformation of Production».
