Back to newsBy the decision of the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom on November 22, 2021, the powers of the acting General Director of OJSC Severneftegazprom, Vladimir Vladimirovich Dmitruk, were extended for a new term.
In Accordance with the Articles of Association of OJSC Severneftegazprom, the General Director is elected by the decision of the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom. The term of office of the General Director is three years.
