Back to newsThe results of the International competition of scientific, technical and innovative developments aimed at the development of the fuel and energy and production industries have been summed up.
The team of authors of OJSC Severneftegazprom presented for the competition a scientific and technical work «Development and implementation of an innovative system for the efficient use of energy of a gas pumping unit with a reduction in greenhouse emissions».
The authors of the project, Andrey Kasyanenko, Roman Romanenkov and Andrey Sydorov, were awarded with diplomas of laureates of the second prize of the international competition.
A separate diploma was awarded to the Severneftegazprom Company for its contribution to the innovative development of the fuel and energy complex of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
Chief Engineer - First Deputy General Director of OJSC Severneftegazprom, Team Leader Andrey Alexandrovich Kasyanenko noted: «The Company pays special attention to the development and implementation of innovative technologies, including for improving indicators in the field of environmental protection, labor protection and industrial safety. First of all, this is achieved through reliable and safe operation of the equipment used, ensuring economic efficiency and stability of production activities».
The scientific and technical project describes the development and implementation of innovative technical and technological solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce the loss of treated process gas. This will reduce the negative impact on the environment and will make it possible to use gas for production needs.
The scientific and technical solution developed by the Company's specialists is successfully applied at the Yuzhno-Russkoye field and can be used by gas production enterprises of the fuel and energy complex at the head and intermediate compressor stations of main gas pipelines, points for drying and cleaning gas, booster compressor stations of gas fields and underground gas storage facilities.
The international competition of scientific, technical and innovative developments aimed at the development of the fuel and energy and production industries has been held annually since 2012 with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. The main goal of the competition is to contribute to the innovative development of the fuel, energy and mining sectors, as well as to increase human resources.
It should be noted that the projects of OJSC Severneftegazprom have previously become laureates of a prestigious competition.
This year, 196 projects were submitted for the competition from 88 organizations related to the oil and gas industry, coal and peat industries, electric power, renewable energy, pipeline transport, nuclear energy and the mining industry.
