OJSC Severneftegazprom has successfully completed a re-certification audit of management systems for compliance with the requirements of international standards
Back to newsOJSC Severneftegazprom has successfully completed a re-certification audit of the integrated management system in the field of quality, environmental protection and industrial safety for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 39001:2012, and also energy management systems for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001:2018.
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the audit was carried out remotely by a group of auditors of the independent certification body LLC SSU DQS (representative of the international certification body DQS) consisting of six people. The audit detected no inconsistencies.
At the final meeting, which was held by video-conference, the auditors noted the strengths of OJSC Severneftegazprom:
the absence of accidents, complaints from consumers and interested parties on the quality of products, labor and environmental protection, the absence of road accidents with serious consequences over the past 9 years;
leadership of the Company in the Russian Federation in the industrial development of hard-to-recover reserves of the Turonian gas deposit;
fulfillment of target energy indicators by 100%;
high qualification and interest of the staff in their work;
a high degree of automation of the planning, execution and accounting of production activities;
uninterrupted operation of production facilities and safe conditions for personnel during the period of sanitary and epidemiological restrictions associated with the pandemic (COVID-19);
development of rationalization and inventive activity and so on.
The auditors of LLC SSU DQS confirmed the compliance of the management systems of OJSC Severneftegazprom with the requirements of international standards and recommended that the certification body issue the Company certificates of compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 39001:2012, ISO 50001:2018.

The integrated management system of OJSC Severneftegazprom in the field of quality, environmental protection, and industrial safety was first certified in 2010 by the certification body BUREAU VERITAS Certification for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008 «Quality Management Systems. Requirements», ISO 14001:2004 «Environmental management systems. Requirements and guidance for use», BS OHSAS 18001:2007 «Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems».
In 2016, the quality management system was re-certified according to the new version of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, in 2017 the environmental management system was re-certified according to ISO 14001:2015, and in 2019 the industrial safety management system was re-certified according to ISO 45001:2018. In 2020, the road safety management system was introduced and for the first time certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 39001:2012.
The energy management system of OJSC Severneftegazprom was introduced in 2014 and certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 50001:2011 «Energy management systems. Requirements and guidance for use» in 2015. In 2020, the system was re-certified according to the new version of the international standard ISO 50001:2018.
