On the occasion of the anniversary of the Urengoy settlement, OJSC Severneftegazprom has provided financial support to a children's art school

Deputy General Director - Chief Geologist, Vladislav Vorobyov, went to the Purovsky District on a pleasant mission - to congratulate the residents on the significant date and to present the Head of the village a certificate for a children's art school.
«This glorious holiday unites everyone who has tied their fate with the village, for whom it has become dear and beloved. The Urengoy village has a rich historical past. It is famous for its traditions and uniqueness. With all my heart I wish all residents of Urengoy health, prosperity, confidence in the future and success in the realization of their plans», – said Vladislav Vorobyov at the opening ceremony of the holiday.
The chief geologist of the Company has presented to the head of the Urengoy village administration, Oleg Yakimov, a gift certificate for the Urengoy children's art school. The money is planned to be spent on the purchase of sets of dance costumes for the exemplary choreographic ensemble «Baby dance» and sets of personal computers for students in the music sections.
The director of the Urengoy children's art school, Maryana Faleeva, on behalf of the teachers and pupils of the school, conveyed words of gratitude to the staff of the Company for the assistance provided: «We sincerely thank the company for the financial support of the talented children of the village».
OJSC Severneftegazprom is a socially responsible company. In addition to gas production, priority is given to relations with local authorities, associations of indigenous peoples of the North and other public organizations. The agreements, which are signed annually, provide for the allocation of funds for the implementation of priority projects and socially significant programs. Educational, cultural and sports institutions are not left without support; assistance is provided to veterans, disabled people and children with disabilities.
