This holiday has long gone beyond the common celebration and takes a special place in the hearts of those who have devoted their fate with the oil and gas industry.
On this day, people gathered in the hall, whose daily work has an impact on the well-being of millions of people not only in Russia, but also in Europe. Under the difficult conditions of a pandemic, they provide uninterrupted reliable supplies of vital energy resources to consumers.
Unfortunately, restrictions on holding mass events are still valid, and it was not possible to get together with the full force this year again. The awarding ceremony was attended only by employees who were awarded with honorary awards.
By tradition, the ceremonies were opened with a welcoming speech from the General Director. Vladimir Dmitruk congratulated everyone on their professional holiday and noted that the staff of the Company had done a great job, the results of which one can be proud of.

On this day, not only awards of OJSC Severneftegazprom were presented, but also industry awards, awards from regional and municipal authorities. The winners of the competition «Best inventor and rationalizer of OJSC Severneftegazprom» in various nominations, the competition «Best structural unit in the field of intellectual activity» for 2020 were honored. In addition, the winners of the logo competition for the anniversary of OJSC Severneftegazprom were announced.
Chief Engineer - First Deputy General Director of OJSC Severneftegazprom, Andrey Kasyanenko, presenting awards to the best rationalizers and inventors of the Company, thanked the team for the qualified work and wished them further professional growth.

Today I would like to thank all the innovators, especially the employees of the company's administration, who have literally burst into this activity in recent years. The event was held in compliance with all the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor and measures for the prevention of coronavirus infection. Social distance and the use of personal protective equipment is a prerequisite for all those present.
The awards ceremony took place at the gas field of the Yuzhno-Russkoye oil and gas condensate field, at the Company's offices in Novy Urengoy and Moscow.
More than 150 people were awarded for their great personal contribution to the development of the Company, professional skill, committed work, and industrial success.
