The meeting in presentia of the Technical Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom was held
Back to newsOn April 22, 2021, the meeting in presentia of the Technical Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom was held, chaired by the General Director, Vladimir Vladimirovich Dmitruk.
The meeting was attended by all eight members of the Committee, deputy general directors and heads of structural divisions of OJSC Severneftegazprom, as well as representatives of structural divisions of PJSC Gazprom supervising the activities of OJSC Severneftegazprom and foreign shareholders.
By the course of the meeting, the Board of Directors of OJSC Severneftegazprom was recommended to preliminary approve the Annual Report 2020 of OJSC Severneftegazprom, as well as the adjustments to the Investment Program of OJSC Severneftegazprom for 2021, based on the results of the 1st quarter of 2021 performance.
Reports have been presented on the performance of the Annual Work Program and Budget, the Investment Program and performance results in occupational and industrial safety, environmental protection and the integrated management system of OJSC Severneftegazprom for 2020, as well as the regular quarterly report on the current state of construction of facilities that directly affect production volumes. In addition, there were reports on the implementation of design solutions for the main project document - the Technological Scheme for the development of the Cenomanian and Turonian gas deposits of the Yuzhno-Russkoye field, as well as the Company's work on the underlying layers of the Yuzhno-Russkoye license area.
The discussion of the issues on the agenda of the meeting was held in the mode of dynamic discussion and constructive dialogue.
