Training in the field of occupational safety and industrial safety of workers is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, as well as local documents of the Company, and includes briefings, production (theoretical and practical) training, internships, knowledge testing, training, retraining and professional development in the field of labor protection and industrial safety. Training is continuous, multi-level in nature and is carried out with the improvement of knowledge in the process of work with each employee.

Training of employees in the Company is carried out according to programs developed and approved in the established manner, instructions for types of work and professions. The compulsory training program includes theoretical and practical classes on first aid to victims.
