All persons employed at the company must undergo a preliminary medical examination, and employees - periodic medical examinations at the expense of the employer.
Depending on the specialty, profession, harmful and (or) hazardous production factors, it is individually established for employees to undergo preliminary and periodic medical examinations, the range of specialist doctors and the amount of laboratory and functional studies, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2011 No. 302n (Ed. 12/05/2014) "On approval of the lists of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors and work, during which the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations (examinations) are carried out, and the procedure for conducting the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations (examinations) of workers engaged in heavy work and work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions."
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF WORK CONDITIONS
The company ensures the safety of workers in the course of their work and guarantees the rights of workers to jobs. At all workplaces, a special assessment of working conditions was carried out, normative requirements of labor protection established by Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 426-FZ (as amended on 05/01/2016) “On Special Assessment of Working Conditions” were determined.
PROVISION OF EMPLOYEES BY PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE), DETERGENTS AND DECONTAMINANTS
Employees engaged in work with hazardous and (or) hazardous working conditions, as well as work performed in special temperature conditions or related to pollution, are provided by PPE and SOS that have been certified or declared compliance in the prescribed manner, and based on the results of assessment of working conditions, carried out in the prescribed manner, in accordance with the rules of their issuance provided for by the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
