OJSC Severneftegazprom and the work team have entered into an Agreement that will govern the interaction between the Company and the work team in 2020–2021.
The signing ceremony took place on December 27 in the administrative building of the Company in Novy Urengoy. The General Director of OJSC Severneftegazprom, Vladimir Dmitruk, and the representative of the work team, Andrei Shemyakov, put their signatures on the Collective Agreement.
Drafting of a new Collective Agreement started long before its signing. The document is based on the revision of the current Collective Agreement for 2017-2019. The working group, composed of representatives of employees and the employer, considered all the proposals submitted. As a result of a balanced decision, a draft document was prepared and submitted for approval to the commission regulating social and labor relations.
The Collective Agreement is one of the fundamental documents for the Company, an effective tool for regulating labor relations. The Company annually allocates tens of millions of rubles for its implementation. The new document for 2020-2021 retains all the basic benefits and guarantees for the employees of OJSC Severneftegazprom and confirms the status of the Company as one of the most socially responsible employers.
